To reserve a table at 2017 Tiger Tracks please fill out the form below completely.  Once you have completed the form follow the instructions on the next page to submit your payment by credit card.  Please note, RIT only accepts Visa and Mastercard at this time.  When applying online their is no need to mail anything.  If you have any questions please contact us at 585-475-2227 or by email, tigertracks@ritmrc.org.

Each Table costs $40.

Each vendor is supplied with two chairs free of cost. All extras are $1.

  • Each table is $40 and measures approximately 30"x96".
  • We cannot hold a table reservation without your processed payment.
  • Each vendor receives 2 free chairs.  Extra chairs are $1 each
  • RITMRC reserves the right to substitute table size/quantity for equal square footage without prior notice.
  • Vendors agree to exhibit for both days and not to pack up before the official end of the show.  We will work with everyone to help pack and move out in a timely manner.
  • Sorry, we are unable to issue refunds.
  • By submitting you agree to the terms and conditions set forth by RITMRC, and the rules, regulations, and policies set forth by RIT.
